第二十九章

AQUARIUS.

宝瓶

[1] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 1st degree of Aquarius, if Jupiter and Saturn have been found together, or if they aspect the Ascendant by a trine aspect, and if the Moon is well placed, will be a great king, glorious, long-lived, possessing the circle of all lands. But the greatest power will be decreed to him with the advance of time. But he will die in water. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 2nd degree of Aquarius will have an art that pertains to adornment or to paintings; they will die leaving children as survivors.

〔一〕凡上升点在宝瓶第一度的人，倘若木星与土星同在一处，或它们以三分照着上升点，而月亮又落得好，会成为伟大的国王，荣耀、长寿，拥有全地之环。但极大的权力会随着时间的推进判给他。但他会死在水中。凡上升点在宝瓶第二度的人，会有属于装饰或绘画的技艺；他们死时会留下子女。

[2] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 3rd degree of Aquarius, if Jupiter has been found in that very degree, or if it has aspected it by any aspect whatever, will be great and powerful, possessing much land. But he will suffer the loss of his patrimony, yet by his own strength the greatest resources of means will be conferred on him. He will make war on his own nation, and will be given to every crime of cruelty, and one who rejoices in the slaughter of many men. He will also have children by slave women, but he will lose them at an untimely age.

〔二〕凡上升点在宝瓶第三度的人，倘若木星就落在那一度，或以无论什么相位照着它，会伟大而有权势，拥有许多土地。但他会遭受祖产的损失，然而凭他自己的力量，极大的财源会授给他。他会对自己的民族开战，沉溺于一切残忍的罪行，是以杀戮许多人为乐的人。他也会与婢女生子女，但会在不合时的年纪失去他们。

[3] He will indeed be set apart from all sadness; he will displease everyone and disparage everyone, so that for this reason all his friends avoid him. He will be a glutton, taking much food, possessing much land. But with the advance of time all the marks of power will be conferred on him. Yet when he has entered upon the threshold of old age, he will till the land with a weakened body. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 4th degree of Aquarius will be a worshipper of the gods, just, judging on the sentences of other judges. But he will die by a violent death.

〔三〕他确实会远离一切忧伤；他会让所有人不快，贬低所有人，所以他所有的朋友都因此躲避他。他会是贪食的人，吃很多食物，拥有许多土地。但随着时间的推进，权力的一切标记会授给他。然而当他踏进老年的门槛，会以衰弱的身体耕种土地。凡上升点在宝瓶第四度的人，会敬拜众神，公正，审断其他法官的判决。但他会横死。

[4] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 5th degree of Aquarius will hang himself with a noose. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 6th degree of Aquarius, drawing water, will be weighed down by a wretched burden of labor. He will be a noble athlete. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 7th degree of Aquarius [lacuna]. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 8th degree of Aquarius, with Venus joined by any aspect, will be long-lived, rich, just, and such as prosper in old age. But these will die leaving children as survivors.

〔四〕凡上升点在宝瓶第五度的人，会以绳套自缢。凡上升点在宝瓶第六度的人，会汲水，被可怜的劳苦重担压着。他会是高贵的运动员。凡上升点在宝瓶第七度的人〔此处原文有缺〕。凡上升点在宝瓶第八度的人，金星以任何相位相结，会长寿、富有、公正，是在老年兴旺的人。这些人死时会留下子女。

[5] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 9th degree of Aquarius will be a builder, a sculptor, an architect. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 10th degree of Aquarius, if Mars is joined by any aspect, it will make bath attendants who will die in their first period of life. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 11th degree of Aquarius will die in watery or wet places. But if the Ascendant is at the top of the urn, they will be physicians. But if Saturn is joined by any aspect, they will be layers-out of the dead and undertakers, to whom the duties of burial are entrusted.

〔五〕凡上升点在宝瓶第九度的人，会成为建造者、雕塑家、建筑师。凡上升点在宝瓶第十度的人，倘若火星以任何相位相结，会造就在人生第一个时期就死去的浴室侍者。凡上升点在宝瓶第十一度的人，会死在多水或潮湿之地。但倘若上升点在瓮的顶端，他们会成为医生。但倘若土星以任何相位相结，他们会成为装殓死者的人与殡葬者，被托付埋葬的职务。

[6] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 12th degree of Aquarius will be a fisherman having the means of life from the sea. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 13th degree of Aquarius will be gardeners, or men who clean sewers; but if Mars has borne testimony, bath attendants; if Saturn, drawers of water. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 14th degree of Aquarius, if Mars has borne testimony to it, it will make divers or sailors, but such as will be weighed down by the burden of every labor. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 15th degree of Aquarius will be toiling laborers, living in wet or watery places.

〔六〕凡上升点在宝瓶第十二度的人，会成为从海里得生活之资的渔夫。凡上升点在宝瓶第十三度的人，会成为园丁，或清扫阴沟的人；但倘若火星作了见证，成为浴室侍者；倘若土星作证，成为汲水人。凡上升点在宝瓶第十四度的人，倘若火星给它作了见证，会造就潜水者或水手，却是被一切劳苦重担压着的。凡上升点在宝瓶第十五度的人，会成为劳苦的劳工，住在潮湿或多水之地。

[7] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 16th degree of Aquarius will be a shameless cinaedus, but one who practices this vice of lust secretly. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 17th degree of Aquarius, if Mars is joined to it by any aspect whatever, will die pierced by a lance. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 18th degree of Aquarius [lacuna]

〔七〕凡上升点在宝瓶第十六度的人，会成为无耻的娈宠，却暗中行这情欲的恶习。凡上升点在宝瓶第十七度的人，倘若火星以无论什么相位与它相结，会被长矛刺穿而死。凡上升点在宝瓶第十八度的人〔此处原文有缺〕

[8] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 19th degree of Aquarius will suffer pains of the lungs. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 20th degree of Aquarius will die dropsical. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 21st degree of Aquarius will be a goldsmith. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 22nd degree of Aquarius will be pleasing, with a handsome face and a handsome body, but he will die in his first period of life. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 23rd degree of Aquarius will be rich dealers in drugs.

〔八〕凡上升点在宝瓶第十九度的人，会受肺痛之苦。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十度的人，会患水肿而死。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十一度的人，会成为金匠。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十二度的人，会讨人喜欢，脸美身美，但他会在人生的第一个时期死去。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十三度的人，会成为富有的药材商。

[9] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 24th degree of Aquarius, if Jupiter is joined to this degree by any aspect whatever, will be handsome, of great body, pleasing, lovable. But if Venus is joined to it by any aspect whatever, he will be a friend of the king, having made his way in by the beauty of his body, fortunate, but he will die in early youth. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 25th degree of Aquarius will be sterile, without children, always burning with wandering desires of love.

〔九〕凡上升点在宝瓶第二十四度的人，倘若木星以无论什么相位与这一度相结，会俊美、身材高大、讨人喜欢、可爱。但倘若金星以无论什么相位与它相结，他会凭身体的美打通门路，成为国王的朋友，幸运，但他会在少年初期死去。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十五度的人，会不育，没有子女，总燃烧着游移的恋爱欲望。

[10] Whoever have the Ascendant in the 26th degree of Aquarius will have the means of life from the cultivation of the earth, or from herbs. But these will be crushed by perpetual labors. They will indeed be long-lived and unserviceable. Whoever have the Ascendant in the 27th degree of Aquarius will be hierodules, slaves of the temples, reciting hymns in the ceremonies of the sacred rites.

〔十〕凡上升点在宝瓶第二十六度的人，会从耕种土地或从草药得到生活之资。但这些人会被永久的劳苦压垮。他们确实会长寿而无用。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十七度的人，会成为神庙奴仆，即神庙的奴隶，在神圣仪礼的典礼中吟诵颂歌。

[11] Whoever has the Ascendant in the 28th degree of Aquarius will be gouty. Whoever has the Ascendant in the 29th degree of Aquarius is killed in desert places, torn by beasts. If Mars has been found in that very degree, or is joined to it by any aspect, he will limp after being thrown from a height; but if Saturn has seen it, he will die.

〔十一〕凡上升点在宝瓶第二十八度的人，会患痛风。凡上升点在宝瓶第二十九度的人，会在荒漠之地被野兽撕裂而死。倘若火星就落在那一度，或以任何相位与它相结，他会从高处被抛下而跛足；但倘若土星看见它，他会死去。

[12] Whoever have the Ascendant in the 30th degree of Aquarius, if Saturn is joined by any aspect to the Moon placed opposite, namely opposite the ascending degree, will be long-lived and noble, but such as have all the marks of happiness conferred on them with the advance of time. Some will cross the great sea for the sake of trade. They will indeed be without children; they will hold their stepchildren in the place of children.

〔十二〕凡上升点在宝瓶第三十度的人，倘若土星以任何相位与落在对面的月亮相结，即月亮与正在上升的那一度相对，会长寿而高贵，却是随着时间的推进被授予幸福一切标记的人。有的会为了贸易渡过大海。他们确实会没有子女；他们会把继子女当作子女。

[13] Outside the degrees of Sagittarius rise the Sickle, the Wolf, the lesser Aquarius, and the Altar. Whoever has the Ascendant in the Sickle will be a ploughman who, tilling the fields, gathers great supplies of grain. Whoever has the Ascendant in the mouth of the Wolf will be a dancer; with Mars bearing witness, he will be eaten by dogs. Whoever have the Ascendant in the Wolf itself will be fraudulent thieves, cruel murderers, who strike both their own people and strangers with the cruel atrocity of ferocity. But they too, having died a violent death, will be cast out unburied. Whoever have the Ascendant in the left foot of the Wolf, with Mars bearing witness, will dislocate their feet, struck by robbers. Whoever have the Ascendant in the right foot of the Wolf will die frenzied in the first period of life.

〔十三〕在射手的度数之外，升起镰刀座、狼座、小宝瓶座与祭坛座。凡上升点在镰刀座的人，会成为耕种田地、收集大量谷物的犁田人。凡上升点在狼嘴的人，会成为舞者；有火星作见证，他会被狗吃掉。凡上升点在狼座本身的人，会成为欺诈的窃贼、残忍的杀人者，以凶暴残忍的暴行击打自己人与外人。但他们自己也会横死，不得埋葬地被抛弃。凡上升点在狼的左足的人，有火星作见证，会被强盗击伤而脚脱臼。凡上升点在狼的右足的人，会在人生的第一个时期狂乱而死。

[14] Whoever has the Ascendant in the head of the lesser Aquarius, making his way through desert places, will wander much; he will dwell in desert places. Some will become fowlers. Whoever have the Ascendant in the right hand of the lesser Aquarius will be masters of horses. But if the benefic planets have borne testimony, they will be charioteers or muleteers of the king. Whoever has the Ascendant in the belly of the lesser Aquarius will be a gardener, a moneylender, a toiler, dying a violent death. Whoever has the Ascendant in the right foot will die in watery and wet places.

〔十四〕凡上升点在小宝瓶座头部的人，会穿行荒漠之地，四处漂泊；他会住在荒漠之地。有的会成为捕鸟人。凡上升点在小宝瓶座右手的人，会成为马的主人。但倘若吉星作了见证，他们会成为国王的驾车手或赶骡人。凡上升点在小宝瓶座腹部的人，会成为园丁、放债人、劳苦者，横死。凡上升点在右足的人，会死在多水与潮湿之地。

[15] Whoever have the Ascendant in the Altar will have the means of life from sacrifices; but these will die burned up. Whoever has the Ascendant in the outpouring of the water will be rich and a man of property from his first period of life, and he squanders his father's patrimony in various extravagances. He will be generous, but many will frequently be ungrateful to him. But with the advance of age he will have the greatest increases both of patrimony and of rank, and will see his enemies subjugated to him in every way.

〔十五〕凡上升点在祭坛座的人，会从祭牲得到生活之资；但这些人会被烧死。凡上升点在水的倾泻处的人，从人生的第一个时期起就会富有、有产业，并在种种挥霍中耗尽父亲的祖产。他会慷慨，但许多人常对他忘恩负义。但随着年岁的增长，他会有祖产与官阶的最大增长，并看见他的敌人在各方面都向他屈服。
