Jupiter and Mars in Trine.

木星与火星成三分

[1] If Jupiter has been joined with Mars by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they decree the highest commands of rank and great power of license; they render men such as to accomplish all their actions by the happiest methods; they also decree offices of the highest administration, and make them such that frequent honors are conferred on them by the judgments of kings.

〔一〕倘若木星以三分相与火星相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们就判定品级的最高统辖与放手之权的大权力；它们使人以最幸福的方式完成一切作为；它们还判定最高的管理职务，并使他们常因君王的裁断而得到尊荣。

[2] If Jupiter has been joined with the Sun by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they decree the greatest increases of nobility and the abundant protection of overflowing riches; they also bestow the insignia of great glory, they will produce the greatest joys from the good fortune of children, and they adorn the life always with the bright splendor of rank.

〔二〕倘若木星以三分相与太阳相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们就判定高贵的最大增长与满溢财富的丰沛护佑；它们还授予大荣耀的徽章，从子女的好运中造就最大的欢喜，并总以品级的明亮光彩装点人生。

[3] If Jupiter and Venus have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they decree the greatest grace of beauty, they always associate the natives with all good men in amiable companionship, and they always bring about the faithful love of wives toward them. But increases of patrimony and the insignia of rank are conferred on them through the protection either of friends or of wives.

〔三〕倘若木星与金星以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们就判定美貌的最大魅力，总使本命之人与一切良善之人亲切相伴，并总使妻子对他们怀有忠实的爱。但祖产的增长与品级的徽章，是借朋友或妻子的护佑授予他们的。

[4] If Jupiter and Mercury have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they will make men talented and sensible, strengthened by the keenest power of intellect, men who always carry out all their business with prosperous actions.

〔四〕倘若木星与水星以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们会使人有才智而明理，以最敏锐的智力而强健，总以顺遂的作为办成一切事务。

[5] They will also cause them to be set over all men by the merit of a magnificent and most powerful rank, and they make them such that in all their actions they are always both praised and pleasing. They will also make scribes placed in charge of public and fiscal accounts, men who handle public offices without any reproach, and who arrange the needs of kings by their own dispositions. Others they cause to know the secrets of the heavenly stars.

〔五〕它们还会使他们凭宏大而极有权势的品级之功劳居于众人之上，并使他们在一切作为中总受称赞、总讨人喜欢。它们还会造就掌管公共与国库账目的书记，办理公职而无可指摘，以自己的安排料理君王的所需。另一些人，它们使之通晓天上星辰的秘密。

[6] If Jupiter and the Moon have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, and the Moon is also full of light, they will make men illustrious, adorned with the renown of nobility, and they bear testimony of good repute, but according to the rest of the substance of the nativity.

〔六〕倘若木星与月亮以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，而月亮又光满，它们会使人显赫，以高贵的名声为饰，并为好名声作见证，但这要依本命其余的实质而定。

[7] To some they grant the license of the most powerful administrations, others they set over an army, to others they entrust the jurisdiction of the greatest provinces. But they ennoble these same men for their upright and incorruptible judgment, so that their good faith is always adorned with an incorruptible license of power.

〔七〕对一些人，它们授予最有权势的管理之放手之权；另一些人，它们使之统领军队；还有一些人，它们把最大行省的司法托付给他们。但它们因这些人正直而不可败坏的裁断而使之显贵，以致他们的信义总以不可败坏的权力之放手之权为饰。

Mars and the Sun in Trine.

[1] If Mars and the Sun have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they decree the insignia of the greatest power and the greatest rank, especially if in a night nativity the Sun has been placed on the right side of Mars. For then glorious powers of license, then commands of honors are decreed.

〔一〕倘若火星与太阳以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们就判定最大权力与最大品级的徽章，尤其是倘若在夜间的本命盘里太阳落在火星的右方。因为那时判定荣耀的放手之权，那时判定尊荣的统辖。

[2] But if, with these so placed, Jupiter, placed in the principal angles of the nativity, has aspected these same planets with a favorable aspect from the other side of the trine, and the ray of the Moon has come to all of them from a good place, then they entrust the greatest administrations and armies, and decree boundless insignia of rank together with power of the greatest license. But these things will be stronger if Mars, the Sun, and Jupiter have been placed in masculine signs.

〔二〕但倘若这两颗星这样落定之后，木星落在本命的首要之角，从三分的另一边以顺遂的相位照着这两颗星，而月亮的光线又从好的宫位来到它们全体，那时它们就托付最大的管理之职与军队，并判定无限的品级徽章以及最大放手之权的权力。但倘若火星、太阳与木星都落在阳性星座里，这些就更为强劲。

[3] If Mars and Venus have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they decree daily gains from an unbroken succession of profits, and from this association of conjunction they bring about the nuptials of a prosperous marriage; and the natives will be such as always to conduct themselves with a pleasing propriety, lifted up by a proud spirit of power; and pursuing many marriages, they will obtain these by the easiest means.

〔三〕倘若火星与金星以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们就从不断的收益中判定每日的营利，并从这种相结的结伴中成就顺遂婚姻的婚礼；本命之人总以讨人喜欢的得体来自持，被骄傲的权力之心抬起；他们追求多次婚姻，都以最容易的方式得到。

[4] If Mars and Mercury have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they make men wise, who extricate themselves from all their actions by prosperous methods of counsel, men whom a prosperous outcome always follows in all their dealings in business, and who are able to ease the straits of every necessity by the authority of their counsels; they make men keen and effective, handling the offices of accounts and calculations or of letters.

〔四〕倘若火星与水星以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们会使人有智慧，以顺遂的筹谋之法从一切事务中脱身；在一切事务往来中，顺遂的结局总跟随他们；他们能以自己筹谋的权威缓解一切急难的困境；它们使人敏锐而能干，办理账目与计算或文书的职务。

[5] If Mars and the Moon have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, and the Moon is diminished in light, and the nativity is also a night nativity, they decree all the ornaments of good fortune and bestow prosperous outcomes in all actions with unbroken good fortune. They also cause the natives to obtain all they desire by the easiest means.

〔五〕倘若火星与月亮以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，而月亮光亏，本命盘又是夜间的，它们就判定好运的一切装饰，并以不断的好运在一切作为中授予顺遂的结局。它们还使本命之人以最容易的方式得到所想望的一切。

[6] But if Jupiter has aspected this mixture of Mars and the Moon with the ray of its testimony, they decree the greatest honors and the commands of the greatest rank, and they also bestow glory and the license of great power. But if the Moon is full of light, they weaken the body with an unbroken succession of illnesses.

〔六〕但倘若木星以它见证的光线照着火星与月亮的这一混合，它们就判定最大的尊荣与最大品级的统辖，还授予荣耀与大权力的放手之权。但倘若月亮光满，它们就以不断的疾病削弱身体。

The Sun and the Moon in Trine.

太阳与月亮成三分

[1] If the Sun and the Moon have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, and it happens that they are joined in such a favorable aspect, the insignia of good fortune are decreed through them only if they have been adorned by the suitable testimony of association of other planets, or if [lacuna] receives the light of the waning Moon or of the waxing Moon. [text uncertain]

〔一〕倘若太阳与月亮以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，而碰巧它们以这样顺遂的相位相结，那么只有在它们以其他行星合宜的结伴见证为饰，或者〔此处原文有缺〕接受亏月或盈月之光时，好运的徽章才借它们而被判定。〔原文疑有讹误〕

The Moon and Venus in Trine.

[1] If the Moon and Venus have been joined by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, and the Moon is diminished in light, and the nativity is also a night nativity, the insignia of the highest good fortune are decreed through them.

〔一〕倘若月亮与金星以三分相相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，而月亮光亏，本命盘又是夜间的，至高好运的徽章就借它们而被判定。

[2] Then occupation, then glory is decreed from this association of conjunction; then a mother's affection grows toward her children; then the good faith of chastity keeps marriages uncorrupted; then [lacuna] they always commend to the love of their children with an amiable grace; then brothers are loved with faithful affection; then come the graces of beauty, then the joys of good fortune, then a glorious training in power is handed down.

〔二〕那时从这种相结的结伴中判定职业，那时判定荣耀；那时母亲对子女的慈爱增长；那时贞洁的信义使婚姻不受败坏；那时〔此处原文有缺〕它们总以亲切的魅力使之受子女爱戴；那时兄弟以忠实的情意相爱；那时有美貌的魅力，那时有好运的欢喜，那时荣耀的权力修养得以传授。

The Moon and Mercury in Trine.

月亮与水星成三分

[1] If the Moon has been joined to Mercury by a trine aspect, and both are placed in suitable places of the nativity and separated from all the lowliness of their falls, they decree everything according to the variety of the signs. To some it assigns the ornament of eloquent speech; for others the insignia of distinguished arts are decreed from this conjunction; to others they hand down the sweet sound of music; others they make painters, but such that a distinguished nobility always commends their arts.

〔一〕倘若月亮以三分相与水星相结，两者都落在本命合宜的宫位，与跌落的一切卑下隔开，它们就依星座的不同而判定一切。对一些人，它赋予善辩言辞的装饰；对另一些人，从这一相结中判定出众技艺的徽章；对另一些人，它们传授音乐的甜美声音；另一些人，它们使之成为画家，但这样的画家，他们的技艺总有出众的高贵来推荐。

[2] To some they decree powers of arms, to others they hand down athletic training; others, singing with sweet melody, they assign to the pleasures of the people. But they always commend all these to the judgment of the people with faithful recommendation. Others they make often handling the offices of trade. But they bring out all these things according to the testimonies of the other planets and according to the strengths of the places and signs.
