第三十一章　（论病人的凶险）

[1] If you want to know the condition of a sick person, whether destruction and calamities are to be feared for him, look, at the time of his illness, at his nativity: in which sign the benefics were, and which of the twelve signs was afflicted by one of the malefics when the nativity was fixed.

[1] 若你想知道病人的情形、是否有死亡与灾祸之虞，就在他生病之时看他的本命盘：吉星在哪个星座，十二星座中哪一个在出生定盘时受了某颗凶星的克害。

[2] For when the Moon in her course and transit reaches the sign in which a malefic was in his nativity, and the malefics regard it from square, and the benefics regard it neither in his nativity nor at the time of her transit over that sign, then, if the beginning of his illness is when the Moon in her transit reaches that sign, it signifies a terrible illness from which there is no escape; and it is more severe and terrible for him if his distributor, the lord of the terms of that sick man, has also reached that sign [text uncertain].

[2] 因为当月亮在运行中经过他本命里有凶星的那个星座，而有凶星从四分照见它，本命与行运经过时又都没有吉星照见——若他的病正是在月亮行运到那个星座时开始，表示病势可怕、无从脱身；若他的分配星，即这病人的界主，也到了那个星座，对他就更严重、更可怕〔原文疑有讹误〕。

[3] For if his distributor reaches that sign, or a sign to which Saturn and Mars stood in the same relation in his nativity, or the releasings of the luminaries, of the angles, or of the lots, being cast forward, fall into the destructive rays of the malefics, and the beginning of his illness is at that hour, it signifies a terrible illness from which he will not escape.

[3] 因为若他的分配星到了那个星座，或到了本命里土星、火星以同样关系照及的星座，或两光、四角、诸点的释放推进时落入凶星的毁灭之光，而他的病正在那个时刻开始，表示病势可怕，他逃不过去。

[4] If he looks at those signs, over which of a man's limbs they have authority, as I have explained at the beginning of this book, this too is a sign of the illness that I described as one in which he perishes, and you will know from the pain in which of his limbs his destruction will come.

[4] 若再看那些星座各主人身的哪个肢体——如我在本书开头说明的——这也是我所说致死之病的征兆，你可以由哪个肢体疼痛，知道他的死因出在哪里。

[5] If the Moon is in a bicorporeal sign, especially in Gemini or Pisces — because these signs are cut apart from one another — and Saturn and Mars are with her in that sign, so that she is besieged between them, then when his distributor reaches the regard of Saturn and Mars, it signifies that the native will be afflicted with gout: in Gemini gout of the hands, in Pisces gout of the feet.

[5] 若月亮在双体星座，尤其在双子或双鱼——因为这两个星座彼此是分开的——而土星与火星与她同在那个星座，把她夹在中间，那么当他的分配星推到土星、火星的照见之处时，表示此人会得痛风：在双子是手痛风，在双鱼是脚痛风。
