卷五·第十七章　求娶，与负气离家的妻子

XVII. Chapter: On Asking for Women in Marriage, and on the Woman between Whom and Her Husband Quarrelling and Clamour Arise, So That She Leaves Her Home in Rebellion.

第十七章　论求娶妇女，以及与丈夫争吵喧闹、负气离家的妇女。

[1] If you want to know whether, if she returns to him, he will profit from her or see gladness and joy in her, or otherwise, look at the positions of the Sun and Venus at the inception at which the separation took place, or at the hour at which you are asked about it.

[1] 若你想知道她回到他身边后，他能否从她得益、在她身上见到欢喜快乐，还是相反，就看分离发生那一刻的起事盘，或有人问你这件事的那个时刻，太阳与金星的位置。

[2] If you find the Sun above the earth, in the house of authority or in the house of good fortune (the eleventh), and Venus retrograde in her course and occidental, this signifies that the woman will return gladly to her husband's house and will not cease to be obedient to her husband, from the day she returns, as long as she remains; and the husband will be granted benefit, good, and joy from her.

[2] 若见太阳在地平之上，位于权位宫或福分之宫（第十一宫），金星逆行而西入，表示那女人会欣然回到丈夫家，从回来那天起，只要她还在，就一直顺从丈夫；丈夫也会从她得到好处、福分与欢乐。

[3] If the Sun is in the position I have mentioned, and Venus is cadent from the angles in a cadent place, the man should exert himself in seeking the woman he has asked for, for benefit and joy will come to him from her.

[3] 若太阳在我说的那个位置，而金星从诸角落下、处在果宫，男方应当努力去求他所提亲的那个女人，因为她会给他带来好处与欢乐。

[4] If the Sun and Venus are both in a strong place, this signifies the same.

[4] 若太阳与金星都在有力的位置，所主相同。

[5] If you find Venus direct in her course, this signifies that the woman who left her home was the one who dominated her husband, and for that reason estrangement and separation came between them; and it signifies that the man will regret it after the separation; and it is the same in the case of a woman who is being asked in marriage.

[5] 若见金星顺行，表示离家的那个女人是压过丈夫的一方，所以两人才疏远分离；也表示男方分离后会后悔；对正在被提亲的女人，情形也一样。

[6] If, when the woman leaves her home, Venus is above the earth in the house of authority or the house of good fortune, and the Sun is under the earth or in a cadent place, which is the falling, then likewise speak of the weakness of the man and the strength of the woman.

[6] 若女人离家时金星在地平之上，位于权位宫或福分之宫，而太阳在地平之下或在果宫——即下落之处——也照样说男弱女强。

[7] If the woman leaves her home and quarrels before the Moon has passed into opposition to the Sun, this signifies that she will not turn back to her husband except after toil and hardship.

[7] 若女人在月亮还未走到与太阳对冲之前离家争吵，表示她要经过劳苦艰难才会回到丈夫身边。

But if a wife leaves the house of her husband before the Moon has passed into opposition to the Sun, she will not easily come back to her husband's house; when, from the full moon, the Moon goes back toward the Sun, then judge that her return will be soon.

若妻子在月亮走到与太阳对冲之前离开丈夫的家，她不会轻易回到丈夫家；当月亮从满月回头走向太阳时，就判断她回来的时候到了。

[8] If, when the woman leaves her home, the Moon is turning away from the opposition and has passed it, this signifies that the woman will return quickly to her husband and her home, without toil or hardship.

[8] 若女人离家时月亮正从对冲转离、已经越过，表示她会很快回到丈夫和家里，不费劳苦。

At the conjunction itself, she returns with difficulty.

若正在合朔时离家，回来就难。

[9] If, when the woman left her home, Venus was retrograde in her course or stationary in the west, her return to her home will be quick; she will be content, will regret her leaving, and will be very much ashamed of it.

[9] 若女人离家时金星逆行，或在西方停留，她很快就会回家；她会心平气和，后悔离家，并为此深感羞愧。

[10] If you find Venus at that time just emerging from the rays and occidental, this signifies the same as to her return, except that she has not ceased to regret it since she left.

[10] 若见金星那时正从光束中出来、而西入，对她回来所主相同，只是她从离家起就一直在后悔。

[11] In the matter of marriage look at all times at the sign in which the Moon is.

[11] 婚事无论何时都要看月亮所在的星座。

[12] If both of them are afflicted, clamour, discord, severance, and separation will come between the man and the woman, and they will not agree on anything nor make peace;

[12] 若两者都受克，男女之间就会有喧闹、争执、断绝与分离，在任何事上都不能一致，也不能和解；

[13] and it signifies the same in the matter of brotherhood and affection. In all these things look at the power of the benefics.

[13] 在兄弟情谊与情意上也主同样的事。这一切都要看吉星的力量。

[14] For if they fall in a strong and good position, the discord, estrangement, and evil depart, and peace, agreement, and good enter between them, if God the Exalted wills.

[14] 因为若吉星落在有力的好位置，争执、疏远与祸患就会消散，彼此之间会有和解、一致与好事——若至高的真主意欲。
