XXXI. On Venus's Lodging in the House of Another.

第三十一章　论金星入驻他星之庙。

[1] If Venus is in the house of Saturn or in his terms, the native will be barren and childless, or he lies with his stepmother or with the wives of his brothers; and if he is a slave, he is set free and lies with his mistress.

[1] 若金星在土星的庙或界，此人不育、无子，或与继母、或与兄弟的妻子相交；若他是奴隶，会得到释放，并与他的女主人相交。

[2] If Venus is in the house of Jupiter or in his terms, he will have authority and wealth from a woman or from the work of a woman; some of them are stewards and guardians of women and gather wealth on that account, from which they have favour and livelihood, and he rejoices; he will be in a house of worship, presiding over a temple of a female deity, as a temple-warden who wears gold and crowns; and he loves his wife exceedingly.

[2] 若金星在木星的庙或界，此人会从女人或女人的事业得到权位与钱财；有人做女人的管家与监护人，由此聚财，并得到恩惠与生计，他也因此欢喜；他会在礼拜之所，主持女神的神庙，做庙守，佩金戴冠；他极爱他的妻子。

[3] If Venus is in the house of Mars or in his terms, he will be one in whom lust is stirred up, with evil disputes, deceits, lawsuits, and harm, and that affliction comes upon him on account of women; he lies with a woman who is not his, or one disgraced, baneful, or a slave.

[3] 若金星在火星的庙或界，此人欲火易炽，有恶劣的纷争、欺诈、诉讼与伤害，这些苦难都因女人而来；他与不属于他的女人、名声败坏或害人的女人、或婢女相交。

And women do not stay with him except for a while.

女人不会长久留在他身边，只与他相处一时。

[4] If Venus is in the house of Mercury or in her terms, he sometimes delights in women and sometimes works for women, as a priest and sacrificer of the god or a guardian of rich women, and disputes come upon him on that account; some of them are craftsmen and engravers, dyers, weavers, painters, garland-weavers, makers and sellers of perfume, turners, and acquirers of precious things.

[4] 若金星在水星的庙或界，此人有时以女人为乐，有时替女人做事，做神的祭司、献祭者，或富家女人的监护人，并因此惹上纷争；其中有人是工匠、雕刻师、染工、织工、画师、编花环的、制香与卖香的、旋工，以及收藏珍贵物品的人。
