XIX. On the Lot of Brothers.

第十九章　论兄弟点。

[1] When you want to reckon the Lot of Brothers, count from the degree of Saturn to Jupiter, add to it the degrees of the Ascendant, and cast it out from the Ascendant; wherever it reaches, there is the Lot of Brothers.

[1] 要算兄弟点，就从土星的度数数到木星，加上上升的度数，从上升起抛去，数到哪里，那里就是兄弟点。

[2] If you find a planet in it or regarding it, from this the matter of the brothers will be made clear to you.

[2] 若见有行星在点上或照见它，由此就能看清兄弟之事。

[3] If the lot falls in a barren sign, there is no good in his brothers (the barren signs are Leo, Virgo, Capricorn, and Aquarius; those of many offspring are Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces, for they are among the water signs; and the rest are in between).

[3] 若兄弟点落在不育的星座，他的兄弟就没什么好处（不育的星座是狮子、处女、摩羯、水瓶；多子的是巨蟹、天蝎、双鱼，因为它们属水象星座；其余居中）。

[4] If you find Jupiter and Venus regarding the Lot of Brothers, it is a good sign in the matter of brothers, and they give them life.

[4] 若见木星与金星照见兄弟点，是兄弟之事的好征象，它们使兄弟得以存活。

[5] If they regard it from square, they are useful even so.

[5] 即使它们从四分照见，也一样有益。

[6] If you find Mars and Saturn regarding the lot from square or opposition, this harms the brothers and diminishes them, and perhaps he will see their death.

[6] 若见火星与土星从四分或对冲照见兄弟点，对兄弟有害，使兄弟减少，他或许会见到他们死去。

[7] But if the malefics regard it from trine, there is no great evil for them.

[7] 但若凶星从三分照见，对他们就没有大害。
