卷五·第三十九章　放血与开刀

XXXIX. Chapter: For One Who Wants to Cut Something from His Body with Iron or a Lancet, or to Open a Vein.

第三十九章　论想用铁器或柳叶刀从身上割去什么，或切开血管。

[1] If you want to cut a vein, or to be cupped, or other things that are cut from the body with iron, avoid that when the Ascendant or the Moon is in Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn, or Pisces, for there is no good in it: these signs are causes of spasms.

[1] 若你想切开血管、拔罐放血，或用铁器从身上割去别的东西，切忌在上升或月亮位于金牛、处女、摩羯或双鱼时做，因为这样没有好处：这些星座会引起痉挛。

[2] Avoid it also at the conjunction with the Sun, when the new crescent appears, until the Moon has risen thirteen degrees out of the beams of the Sun; and when she is in the ecliptic nodes.

[2] 与太阳相合、新月初现时也要避开，直到月亮从太阳光束中升出十三度为止；她在食交点时也要避开。

[3] Avoid it also when the Moon is in opposition to the Sun and is decreasing, for it is bad.

[3] 月亮与太阳对冲并且光减时也要避开，因为这样不好。

[4] Avoid Mars, and guard against him with the utmost care, lest he be in the Ascendant, or with the Moon, or regard the Ascendant or the Moon; for not only the Moon but also the Ascendant must be kept unafflicted.

[4] 要避开火星，万分提防：不可让他在上升、与月亮同在，或照见上升或月亮；因为不只月亮，上升也必须保持不受克。

[5] If Mars together with Saturn regards the Ascendant or the Moon, and someone cuts something from his body at that hour, it signifies that the man will hardly escape from it, or that the cutting will be done over again for him soon; reject it likewise if a malefic is angular and retrograde.

[5] 若火星与土星一同照见上升或月亮，而有人在那个时刻从身上割去什么，表示此人难以幸免，或这一刀不久要重来；若有凶星在角上而逆行，也同样不可。

[6] The best time, when you want to treat that, is when the Moon is decreasing in her light and the malefics are not in the succedent places of the Moon, that is, when they are behind the Moon.

[6] 你想治这些时，最好是月亮光在减少，凶星又不在月亮的续宫，也就是不在月亮之后时。

[7] Let the Moon and the Ascendant be with Venus, or let Jupiter or Venus regard the Ascendant, the Moon being carried toward the benefics or being with them, clean of the malefics.

[7] 要让月亮与上升与金星同在，或让木星或金星照见上升，月亮正朝吉星运行或与它们同在，不受凶星沾染。

[8] Avoid treating by cutting with iron or a lancet the limb over which the sign in which the Moon or the Ascendant is at that hour has authority.

[8] 那个时刻月亮或上升所在的星座所主管的肢体，切忌用铁器或柳叶刀去割治。

[9] If the Moon is in a tropical or a bicorporeal sign, that inception is not suitable, unless the benefics are with the Moon, or apply to her, or regard her; for without the benefics there is a relapse, and in such signs a second operation follows.

[9] 若月亮在回归或双体星座，这样开刀就不合适，除非有吉星与月亮同在、与她入相位或照见她；因为没有吉星，在这类星座里病会复发，还要再开一刀。
