II. The Moon to Saturn.

第二章　月亮行向土星

[1] If the Moon has applied itself to the star of Saturn and, waxing in light, joins itself to Saturn in this association, or is moving toward Saturn in this way, it decrees widowhood for the mother and continual pains of the female parts; it causes the natives themselves to be detained in the company of temples, and scatters their patrimony through various depredations, but again, as the course of time advances, it makes them seek for themselves another substance of patrimony by their own labor.

〔一〕倘若月亮趋附土星之星，光正盈长而以这种结伴与土星相结，或这样行向土星，就判定母亲守寡、女性部位不断疼痛；它使本命之人自己滞留在神庙的群体中，以种种劫掠散失他们的祖产，但随着时间的推移，又使他们凭自己的劳作为自己求得另一份祖产资财。

[2] But if, waning and diminished in light, it is joined to Saturn, it will make the parents either base-born or slaves or sunk in the squalor of wretched misfortune; the mothers of some it destroys, either disabled or else it makes them die a violent death while the natives themselves are still in their early years; and it makes the natives themselves either defective and disabled, or short-lived, or perishing by some evil end, especially if in this conjunction it is found in the necessary places of the nativity, that is, if it is joined to the Ascendant by a partile aspect.

〔二〕但倘若它亏缺、光减而与土星相结，就会使父母或出身低贱、或为奴隶、或陷于可悲不幸的困顿之中；有些人的母亲它会毁掉，或使之残疾，或在本命之人尚年幼时使之横死；它还使本命之人自己或带缺损而残疾，或短命，或以某种恶终死去，尤其是倘若在这次会合中它被发现在本命的必要宫位，即倘若它以精确的相位与上升点相连。

III. The Moon to Jupiter.

第三章　月亮行向木星

[1] If the Moon has applied itself to the star of Jupiter and, waxing in light, has joined itself in this association, or is moving toward Jupiter, it will make the natives fortunate, glorious, rich, masters of many great estates and of the widest possessions; and those who have the Moon so also foretell the future, either by the divinity of their own soul, or by the admonition of the gods, or from oracles, or by the venerable discipline of some art. If, however, the star of Mars has seen the Moon placed in this conjunction from square or from opposition, all these things are diminished, with the greatest danger to life.

〔一〕倘若月亮趋附木星之星，光正盈长而以这种结伴相结，或正行向木星，就会使本命之人幸运、荣耀、富有，做许多大庄园与极广产业的主人；这样得月亮的人还会预言未来，或凭自己灵魂的神性，或凭诸神的警示，或从神谕，或凭某门技艺的可敬训练。但倘若火星之星从四分或对冲看见落在这次会合中的月亮，这一切都会减少，并伴着极大的性命之危。

[2] But if in this conjunction it is diminished in light, it will cause them to be adopted, or to be exposed first and later restored to their parents, seeking patrimonies for themselves by their own efforts; and it renders them such as grow by degrees and with the passing of time, and such as have the power of some glory. But these things are fulfilled only if Mars has not seen the Moon so placed, whether waxing or diminished, from opposition or from square.

〔二〕但倘若在这次会合中它光减，就会使人被收养，或先被遗弃、后来又被送还父母，凭自己的努力为自己求得祖产；它使人逐步随时间增长，使人有某种荣耀之权。但这些只有在火星没有从对冲或四分看见这样落位的月亮——无论光盈还是光减——时才能实现。

[3] But if Mars has aspected the Moon so placed with the aspect we have mentioned, it will cause the exposed to be weighed down by the everlasting burden of slavery, or will cause them to be born of a slave-woman mother or of a disabled one; or else they themselves become disabled in some part of the body and are burdened by the wretched weight of misfortune, especially if Mars has aspected this conjunction in a day nativity, or Saturn in a night nativity, but Saturn only when the Moon is waning and diminished.

〔三〕但倘若火星以我们所说的相位照着这样落位的月亮，就会使被遗弃的人被永久的奴役重担压倒，或使他们生于为奴或残疾的母亲；或者他们自己身体某处残疾，被不幸的可悲重担压倒，尤其是倘若在白天的本命盘里火星照着这次会合，或在夜间的本命盘里土星照着，但土星只在月亮亏缺光减时才如此。

IV. The Moon to Mars.

第四章　月亮行向火星

[1] If the Moon has applied itself to the star of Mars and, waxing in light, has joined itself in association with Mars, or is moving toward Mars, and the nativity is by night, it makes the natives hot-tempered, dangerous, violent, but such as are often deceived by schemes and whose life is given over to the greatest dangers; yet effective and accomplishing everything, either devoted to arms or assigned to athletic contests, especially if they are placed in the first places of the nativity; they will, however, be defective or ailing. Their mothers it either destroys after first disabling them, or makes them die a violent death.

〔一〕倘若月亮趋附火星之星，光正盈长而以结伴与火星相结，或正行向火星，而本命是夜间的，就会使本命之人性情暴躁、危险、凶猛，却常被诡计所骗，一生交付给极大的危险；但他们能干，凡事都能做成，或献身兵事，或被分派去参加竞技，尤其是倘若落在本命的首要宫位；不过他们会带缺损或多病。他们的母亲，它或者先使之残疾再毁掉，或者使之横死。

[2] But if the nativity is by day and the Moon has joined itself to Mars in this way, it will make them disabled in every part of the body or maimed in some part of the body; to some it does harm in the eyes, the stomach of others it weakens by a continuous succession of hidden ailments, and some it makes short-lived and makes them die a violent death. But it effects and decrees all these things according to the proper nature of each sign; and according to the different positions of the angles, and according to the succedents of the angles, and according to those signs which we have said are foreign to association with the Ascendant, a diverse variety of decrees is found.

〔二〕但倘若本命是白天的，而月亮这样与火星相结，就会使人全身各处残弱，或身体某处伤残；有些人它伤害眼睛，有些人它以接连不断的隐疾削弱胃，有些人它使之短命并横死。但这一切它都按每个星座的本性来造成、来判定；按四角的不同位置，按四角的续宫，按我们说过与上升点不相交往的那些星座，就会找出判定的种种差别。

[3] For in those signs which we have said are foreign to association with the Ascendant, that is, in the sixth or in the twelfth place from the Ascendant, if the Moon, waxing in light, has joined itself to Mars, it diminishes the patrimony, separates the parents, or, the parents having been slain, makes the natives worn down by the miseries of bereavement; the body of some is cut by the laceration of iron, while on others such wounds arise as can be healed by nothing other than burning cauteries. It also grants arts that always handle either fire or iron; others it will make soldiers, but such as are worn down by the everlasting burden of military service. But if the Moon, placed in the fifth or in the eleventh place from the Ascendant, or in the second or in the eighth place, or in the Ascendant itself, is moving toward Mars by day, it decrees ailments of the sides and a short span of life, and makes them die a violent death.

〔三〕因为在我们说过与上升点不相交往的那些星座里，即在从上升点起的第六宫或第十二宫，倘若光正盈长的月亮与火星相结，就会减少祖产，使父母分离，或使父母被杀而让本命之人受丧亲之苦的折磨；有些人的身体被铁器割伤，另一些人身上生出只有烧红的烙铁才能治好的伤口。它还赐予总与火或铁打交道的技艺；另一些人它会使之当兵，却被永无休止的兵役重担消磨。但倘若月亮落在从上升点起的第五宫或第十一宫，或第二宫或第八宫，或上升点本身，而在白天行向火星，就判定两胁之病与短促的寿命，并使人横死。

[4] But if the nativity is by night and the Moon, diminished in light, is moving toward Mars, in the places, of course, that we have mentioned, it will make great, powerful, terrible, effective men, who by the licence of some power subjugate the greatest cities, especially if it is found so in the first angles of the nativity.

〔四〕但倘若本命是夜间的，而月亮光减行向火星——当然是在我们所说的那些宫位——就会造就伟大、有权势、可怕、能干的人，凭某种权力的放任征服最大的城市，尤其是倘若它被发现这样落在本命的首要四角。

[5] But if by day it is found so in the principal places of the nativity, it squanders the father's substance and also disables the parents themselves or destroys them by a violent death; it will nonetheless make public craftsmen or soldiers, but entangled in illnesses or defects, or it frequently decrees the greatest dangers and the end of a violent death.

〔五〕但倘若在白天它被发现这样落在本命的主要宫位，就会挥霍父亲的资财，还使父母自己残疾或以横死毁掉他们；它仍会造就公共工匠或士兵，却陷于疾病或缺损，或常常判定极大的危险与横死的结局。

V. The Moon to the Sun.

第五章　月亮行向太阳

[1] If the Moon is moving toward the Sun and joins itself to it by a partile aspect in any configuration whatever, it will make the natives endangered, wretched, downcast, and laid low, with wretched means and, throughout their whole life, in a humble and abject way of living. At times it makes them spastic and contracted by continual ailments and illnesses; others it makes epileptic, to others it decrees the troubles of derangement, and to others, for the most part, it decrees fits of madness.

〔一〕倘若月亮行向太阳，以任何一种格局中的精确相位与它相结，就会使本命之人身处危险、困苦、沮丧、被击倒，资财可怜，终身过着卑微低贱的生活。有时它使人痉挛，被接连不断的病患与疾病弄得蜷缩；另一些人它使之患癫痫，对另一些人判定神志错乱的苦恼，对另一些人大多判定疯狂发作。

VI. The Moon to Venus.

第六章　月亮行向金星

[1] If the Moon is moving toward Venus and Venus has partilely received the rays of the approaching Moon, if the Moon, waxing, has applied itself to the conjunction of Venus, it will make the parents noble and raised up by the might of the greatest power; but on those who are born, once they have been separated from the affection of their parents, it soon imposes the burden of wretched bereavement. They will indeed always be well known and noble, men who always prosper in every action, who easily obtain all that they desire, and who shine with the greatest honors of power, full of charm and grace; but they will attain all their increase with the passing of time.

〔一〕倘若月亮行向金星，而金星精确地接受了趋近的月亮的光线，倘若光正盈长的月亮趋附金星的会合，就会使父母高贵，被极大的权力之势抬高；但对出生的人，一旦他们离开父母的慈爱，它很快就加给他们可悲的丧亲重担。他们当然总是知名而高贵，在一切事务中总是顺遂，所欲之事都容易得到，以极大的权力荣誉而光彩照人，充满魅力与优雅；但他们的一切增长都要随着时间才得到。

[2] But if the Moon, waning, is moving toward Venus in this way, it decrees great actions, the highest honors, and the insignia of great power, and natives on whom great increases of good fortune are conferred by their parents and from their earliest years; but it causes them to be defamed by continual rumors [lacuna] is sought.

〔二〕但倘若亏缺的月亮这样行向金星，就判定伟大的事业、最高的荣誉与大权力的徽章，并使本命之人从父母那里、从最早的年岁起就得到好运的大增长；但它使他们被不断的流言诋毁〔此处原文有缺〕被追求。

[3] But always, in every figure of its orb, if the Moon is moving toward Venus, it will make natives entangled in the perverse vices of love, who on this account are assailed by continual infamy, impure, lustful, and always burning with immoderate desire in their loves for women, and whom incestuous desire always inflames toward unspeakable intercourse; for they always either debauch their own sisters, or their sisters' daughters, or their sons' wives, or their stepsons' wives, or they lie with their stepmothers, or corrupt their fathers' concubines with hidden desire, or a like injury is inflicted through them on their paternal uncles, especially if Mars has aspected this conjunction from opposition. For if the nativity is by day, and the Moon, placed in the angles of the nativity, is moving toward Venus in this way, while Mars is found in the Descendant or in the Midheaven, it will make them perish by the sword for these crimes we have mentioned.

〔三〕但总是这样：月亮无论圆缺成何种形状，倘若行向金星，就会使本命之人陷入爱情的悖逆恶习，因此受不断的恶名攻击，不洁、好色，在对女人的爱恋中总燃着无节制的欲望，乱伦的欲望总把他们烧向不可言说的交合；因为他们总是诱奸自己的姊妹、或姊妹的女儿、或儿子的妻子、或继子的妻子，或与继母同寝，或以隐秘的欲望败坏父亲的妾，或经由他们对伯叔施加同样的伤害，尤其是倘若火星从对冲照着这次会合。因为倘若本命是白天的，月亮落在本命的四角而这样行向金星，同时火星被发现在下降点或中天，就会使他们因我们所说的这些罪行死于剑下。

[4] But if in a woman's nativity the Moon is moving toward Venus in this way, she will always be impatient with envious shrillness, roused by depraved desires to promiscuous lusts, conceiving wishes for incestuous and unlawful desires, and always seething with the impure cravings of lust. For she lies either with her brothers or with her sons, or with her brothers' sons or her paternal uncles, or, with the perverse ardor of desire, she draws her stepsons, caught by her allurements, into the wronging of the marriage bed, or she joins to herself her kinsmen by marriage, known to her through debauchery. Others it makes mannish women, especially if, with Venus placed in tropical or in wandering signs, or in double or in scaly signs, the Moon proceeds toward it, as we have said, being itself also placed in similar signs.

〔四〕但倘若在女人的本命里月亮这样行向金星，她总会以嫉妒的尖刻而急躁，被邪恶的欲望激起淫乱之欲，怀着乱伦与非法欲望的心愿，总沸腾着情欲的不洁渴求。因为她或与兄弟、或与儿子、或与兄弟的儿子或伯叔同寝，或以欲望的悖逆热情，把被她的诱惑捉住的继子引入玷污婚床之事，或把因淫乱而结识的姻亲结合到自己身上。另一些女人它使之有男子气，尤其是倘若金星落在回归、或游走、或双体、或有鳞的星座，而月亮如我们所说趋近它，自己也落在类似的星座里。

[5] But these things are roused with a stronger ardor if Mars or Saturn has aspected this course of the Moon with a square or opposite aspect, or if they have begun to look upon Venus with the same aspects. These evils will be stronger still if Mars or Saturn has aspected with a square or opposite aspect Venus and the Moon, placed, as we have said, in a house of Saturn or of Mars, without the timely testimony of Jupiter.

〔五〕但倘若火星或土星以四分或对冲的相位照着月亮的这一运行，或开始以同样的相位看着金星，这些就会以更强的热度被激起。倘若火星或土星以四分或对冲的相位照着如我们所说落在土星或火星之庙的金星与月亮，又没有木星适时的见证，这些祸患就更强。
